Sina S. Amiri
With more than a decade of professional experience advising Canadian and U.S. dentists, Sina currently heads Dental Strategy’s business and corporate development initiatives across all of Canada.
Prior to working in the dental industry, Sina was responsible for maximizing financial performance through contract management, sales operations and customer care quality initiatives at Nightingale Informatix Corporation (acquired by TELUS Health). Before joining Nightingale, he was the Manager of Business Development at Medworxx Inc. (acquired by Aptean, Inc.) and the Marketing Manager at a privately held healthcare IT company. Sina has participated in trade missions to Washington, DC and Philadelphia, PA along with Canadian business leaders. He worked with General Motors of Canada and Deloitte & Touche LLP before entering the healthcare technology sector.
Sina is a graduate of business leadership and executive development programs at Cornell, Schulich School of Business (York University) and Queen’s School of Business (Queen's University). He has lectured at The Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Toronto and has delivered over a hundred Continuing Education (CE) accredited seminars to dentists and veterinarians, teaching them proven strategies for minimizing occupancy expenses and maximizing practice value through a properly negotiated commercial lease agreement. Sina has also provided strategic advisory services to the senior management teams and the boards of directors of several non-profit organizations and charities in Canada.
